Dr. BBQ has written 9 cookbooks and currently working on his tenth.\n\n\n\nMike Trump\, Spice Master and owner of Oakridge BBQ\, will be here to answer your questions about Award Winning Micro Batch Oakridge BBQ Rubs and Injections.\n\n\n\nJonathan Fieler\, Account Consultant with Crawford Outdoor\, will be on hand both to answer your questions about Primo\, PK\, Napoleon and Travel Q grills.\n\n\n\nRichard Grace\, Pitmaster and Cookbook author\, will be here to sign his cookbook RIX Ozark BBQ from 3 pm   6 pm.
