FREE Walking Program - Limited Time!
Walk With Ease self-directed combines self-paced walks with information about health-related topics. It is an individual program that allows participants to work on their own at their own pace to increase their physical activity. Participants will receive a guidebook and videos (optional) from the contact person below. The program runs 6 weeks.  Participants are encouraged to walk three times a week. Each guidebook lesson lasts about 30 minutes and each is walk at a self-directed distance and speed. A follow up survey sent via email or phone will check participant progress.
