Billy is a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He serves on three critical Energy and Commerce Subcommittees: Communications and Technology; Energy and Power; and Health.

In addition to his small-business ownership, Long was a member of the National Association of Realtors, National Auctioneers Association, and the Missouri Professional Auctioneers' Association for over 30 years each.
