Dana Peterson, Ozarks Premier Pitmaster and owner of Big D’s BBQ Branson, will host a Brisket Smoking Class from 3 pm – 6 pm. Please call the store for more details and to register.
Jonathan Fieler, Account Consultant with Crawford, will be on hand to answer your questions about Primo, PK, Napoleon, and Travel Q grills. He will also be demonstrating different types of smoking techniques on these grills.
