Elsy & Vicky Bilyeu have lived in the Spokane area for the past 12 years and the surrounding area their entire lives. Elsy and Vicky attend Ponce Pentecostal Church and have always helped out in many events, Vicky is well know for her homemade Cinnamon rolls as well as many other things. Elsy has been a heavy equipment operator all his life.

After a car accident then an accident on the job that left Elsy with multiple injuries, including back, neck, hip and shoulders and Vicky having multiple health problems herself, Elsy has been the soul income for the family. Since having many doctor’s visits and procedures and not being able to work this has caused financial difficulties.

This is our chance as a community to come together to help this family out..

Food serving will start at 4;00 pm

Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Chips, Drinks
