In an effort to prevent falls and reduce arthritis pain among older adults, the MU Extension will be offering an 8-week Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program this summer in Crane. Tai chi uses slow, gentle movements to engage the mind and body to build strength and improve balance. Tai chi can be done standing or from a chair.
