Description
Community By Design: Building Safer, More Connected Communities is an interactive training focused on how the spaces where we live, work, gather, and play can affect community safety, connection, and belonging. Participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm ideas and discuss ways to create spaces that help bring people together and strengthen our communities.
The training will be held in Branson, however, you don't have to live or work in Branson to attend! This is an open invitation to anyone interested in the topic.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone ages 18 and older is welcome, and no prior experience with the topic is necessary. This training may be of particular interest to community residents, neighborhood leaders, nonprofit organizations, local government staff, educators, prevention professionals, youth-serving organizations, property managers, business owners, community health professionals, law enforcement partners, and others interested in community safety.
