2025 Business of the Year Nomination Form

The Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce will present this award to a business in the Table Rock Lake area that has demonstrated outstanding customer service, a high quality product or service, and a strong commitment to the community. Nominees must have been in business in the area for a minimum of one year.

Instructions to Nominate

Please complete entire form as incomplete submissions cannot be accepted. Voting will take place solely on the basis of this form. Note that you must be employed by a Chamber member to submit a nomination and self-nominations will not be accepted from the business owner or staff. The deadline to submit nominations is 5 p.m., September 5, 2025. Be sure to be specific on why you think your nominee is deserving.
