This 6-week program is targeted toward people with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or caregivers of those with diabetes. Thanks to multiple grants, participants will receive free A1C and cholesterol lab testing, BMI measurement, a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and a Relaxation for Body and Mind CD.
