About Richard Grace
Richard (Rick) Grace brings over 40 years of experience in the food hospitality industry. His experience includes working as a certified executive chef for a Fortune 500 company. Later, he developed his own seasoning blends, which were aimed at outdoor barbecue and grilling. He is also a past certified KCBS barbecue judge.
Mr. Grace feels all food should be humble at its roots – bringing back memories of family gatherings and providing comfort to the soul. He connected with his roots by creating a cookbook that comforts the senses with creativity and flavor. There are many views of barbecue, but for Mr. Grace it’s all about the meat.
