80 % PAYBACK
If youth wants to RO, they must decide before the youth run.
if RERUN is necessary, prior penalties apply ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
NO REFUNDS after 1st horse runs in class.
BUCKLES to winners of each D in OPEN, YOUTH & POLES & ADULT
Awards to be given to 2nd and 3rd, etc., (depending on number of entries)
