Jonathan Fieler, Account Consultant with Crawford Outdoor, will be on hand to answer your questions about Primo, PK, Napoleon and Travel Q grills. He will also be demonstrating different types of smoking techniques on these grills.
Richard Grace, Pitmaster and Cookbook author, will be here to sign his cookbook, RIX Ozark BBQ, from 3 pm – 6 pm. This cookbook includes more than 450 recipes created by Mr. Grace himself.
