MU Extension--Feel Better Now Program

Description

Improve the quality of life for yourself or loved ones by attending the Feel Better Now, Chronic Disease Self-Management program from MU Extension, Stone County Health Department, and Mercy/Regional Arthritis Center, and hosted by Crane First Baptist Church.  This 6-week program is targeted toward people with any chronic condition(s) or caregivers of those with a chronic condition.  Participants will receive a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and a Relaxation for Body and Mind CD.  The program will take place on Wednesdays, Sept. 1 - Oct. 6, 2021, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.  Program is FREE but registration is required.  For more information or to register, please call 417-357-6812 or register at the link below.
