Description
The Reeds Spring Area Hall of Fame committee proudly invites everyone to attend our fall Hall of Fame ceremony! The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m., on Saturday, October 25, in the auditorium of the New Testament Christian Church.
Honorees include:
Our “Unforgettable Educators”: *Juanita and *Jess Stults, *Darwin “Bud” Strohm and Julian Jones
Our “Friend for Life”: George Akers
Our “Mighty Oak”: Doris Johnson
Our “Guardian Angels”: Maureen Darby and Tommy Johnson
Our “Servant Leaders”: Nellie and *Dennis Wood
(* indicates posthumously)
Following the ceremony, the Hall of Fame will be open and across the hall, members of “CHANCES” will serve a “Beans and Cornbread” lunch with a suggested $5.00 per person donation. “CHANCES” is a non-profit organization devoted to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
