MU Extension Hosts Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention in Branson
Register for the ''Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention'' program in Branson to help maintain health and independence. This evidence-based program has been shown to prevent falls and reduce arthritis pain and stiffness among adults.
