We are searching for an upbeat and positive Administrative Assistant to run the front of our office in Branson West.
Key Responsibilities
*Administrative support including answering and returning phone calls, gathering information and setting appointments, managing our calendar, and assisting with email
*Basic customer service
* Keep front office tidy and running smoothly

Required Qualifications
* 2 or more years of administrative experience
* Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Excel and understanding how to use a CRM
*Attention to detail, organization, and positive attitude
Schedule and Work Environment
*Part Time, typically Monday through Friday during most of the year
*Willingness to put in extra time during our enrollment season
*Willingness to put in extra time during our enrollment season
*We are a small office staff, and expect everyone to get along well, and function as a cohesive team, which may mean filling in as needed in different areas
