What You’ll Do:
- Drive Operational Success: Help launch new client accounts, provide estimates for special services, and coordinate additional cleaning requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Empower Franchise Owners: Assist with onboarding new franchise owners through training and certification - equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Conduct regular site visits to customers, providing proactive support and ensuring franchise owners meet our high standards of service and compliance.
- Solve Problems: Respond to customer requests and complaints with swift, effective solutions that keep our service top-notch.
