Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Professional who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship.
This is not an entry-level labor role. We are looking for someone who understands concrete from subgrade prep through final finish — someone who can read plans, anticipate challenges, and execute clean, accurate work without constant supervision.
Projects include residential flatwork, commercial slabs, foundations, sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, and structural concrete.
Key Responsibilities
- Form, pour, and finish residential and commercial concrete
- Set and square forms according to plans and elevations
- Perform accurate layout and grade verification
- Tie rebar and place reinforcement per specifications
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, power trowels, saws, and screeds
- Coordinate with site crews to ensure proper subgrade preparation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Ensure all work meets Elite quality standards and project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of concrete experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of forming, flatwork, finishing, and structural pours
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and elevations
- Experience with laser equipment, total station, and grading tools
- Ability to lead or assist a crew efficiently
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and professionalism on job sites
