Job Title: Sales Consultant (In-Home Sales)

The Role We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with clients in their homes to provide design consultations, measure windows, and present product solutions that fit their style and budget. You will also be responsible for building relationships within the community to generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design consultations and sales presentations in the Branson, Hollister, and Lampe areas.
- Actively network and build partnerships with local realtors, builders, and community groups to generate leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to closing the sale/service.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments, including some Saturdays.
- Self-Starter: You are driven to succeed and comfortable working independently.
- People Person: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: You are accurate with measurements and administrative details.
- Mobile: You have reliable transportation to travel within the designated territory.
- Pay Structure: Base Salary + Commission.
