Legendary rock acts 38 Special & Kansas are coming to the Black Oak Amphitheater in Lampe, Missouri on Friday, June 6th. Tickets range from $39 - $159 and go on sale to the public on Friday, March 13th at www.blackoakamp.com
 
38 Special formed in 1974 and are considered titans of the Southern Rock and Classic Rock genres. The band initially began with a Southern rock sound but transitioned in the early 1980s to a blend of Southern rock and a more accessible arena rock style. is widely known for its international hits "Hold On Loosely," "Caught Up In You," and "Second Chance." 
 
Kansas formed in Topeka , Kansas, in 1973. They are considered an iconic classic rock band, known for blending American-style boogie rock with complex, symphonic progressive rock arrangementsThe band is most famous for their hit singles "Carry On Wayward Son" and "Dust in the Wind". "Dust in the Wind" is a million-selling single, and "Carry On Wayward Son" has been one of the most played songs on classic rock radio.
