School of the Ozarks to host Open House Thursday, Jan. 23

POINT LOOKOUT, MO. — School of the Ozarks is hosting an Open House on Thursday, Jan. 23, beginning promptly at 8 a.m. in the Hook Learning Center. Prospective students, along with their parents and families, and anyone interested in learning more about S of O are encouraged to attend the Open House.

 

Limited spots are available for the upcoming fall 2025 school year for the following grades:

  • Kindergarten – 16 openings
  • First Grade – 4 openings
  • Second Grade – 0 opening
  • Third Grade – 0 opening
  • Fourth Grade – 0 openings
  • Fifth Grade – 0 openings
  • Sixth Grade – 0 openings
  • Seventh Grade – 3 openings
  • Eighth Grade – 0 openings
  • Ninth Grade – 3 openings*
  • Tenth Grade – 3 openings*
  • Eleventh Grade – 4 openings*
  • Twelfth Grade – 0 openings

 

* Priority consideration given to students who have either attended a classical Christian school or used the Classical Conversations homeschool curriculum.

 

Purpose of event

 

A brief explanation of classical Christian education will be given and how it is implemented at School of the Ozarks. Families who attend will be able to hear from the administration about the School, take a tour of the facilities, and receive information about the application process for the 2025-2026 school year. Applications will be available at the event but not prior to the event.
