Shepherd’s Wild West Showdown Returns to Branson This Summer

Branson, MO (April 9, 2026) — The excitement and tradition of the Old West is riding back into town this summer as this fan-favorite Wild West show returns to The Shepherd of the Hills. The high-energy outdoor production, Shepherd’s Wild West Showdown, once again brings its famous non-stop action, comedy, and family-friendly entertainment for another thrilling summer season under the stars at the Old Mill Theater.

Shepherd’s Wild West Showdown combines the authenticity of a traditional Wild West spectacle with modern live entertainment. Guests can expect high-energy trick riding, fancy mounted shooting, trick roping, a touch of western romance, and a very special patriotic tribute to America all choreographed to original music.
Inspired by legendary Wild West shows that once toured the world, the production celebrates the spirit of frontier entertainment while delivering a fast-paced show designed for audiences of all ages. From heart-pounding horseback stunts to laugh-out-loud comedy, this show continues to be the most thrilling outdoor production in Branson.

Once again, this show will welcome back award-winning Western entertainer Garrett Underwood, known for his precision trick riding and authentic Western performances complete with gun twirling, whip tricks and glow in the dark rope spinning.
This production will run throughout the summer season, beginning June 1, with tickets now available online or at Shepherd’s ticket office.
