Dana Ketterling Lifetime Sales Achievement Award recognizes chamber professionals who strengthen organizations and communities through membership development
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (July 13, 2026) – The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) has awarded Michelle Glenn, Membership Development Director at the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, the Dana Ketterling Lifetime Sales Achievement Award.
The national award recognizes career achievement among chamber membership professionals. Glenn received Bronze-level recognition after reaching more than 500 membership transactions and $175,000 in sales throughout her chamber career.
While the award is measured through membership sales, Glenn said the work behind those numbers is ultimately about people, trust and a shared commitment to the community.
“Membership work is relationship work,” Glenn said. “Every number behind that total represents a business or organization that said yes to being part of something bigger than themselves. They chose to invest in their community, support other businesses and help create a stronger Stone County/Table Rock Lake area. I am incredibly grateful that so many people have trusted me to help connect them with the Chamber and with one another.”
Membership support allows chambers of commerce to advocate for businesses, connect community leaders, promote the region, support economic development and provide programs that help local organizations grow.
“Michelle has a genuine ability to build relationships, understand what businesses need and help them see where they fit within the larger work of the Chamber,” said Sheila Thomas, President and CEO of the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce. “This recognition reflects her commitment to our members, but it also reflects the businesses and community partners who continue to believe in the value of working together. Michelle’s work has helped strengthen both our Chamber and the community we serve.”
“Membership sales professionals play a vital role in the success of every chamber,” said ACCE President and CEO Sheree Anne Kelly. “The relationships they build and the members they welcome into the chamber strengthen the organization and its impact throughout the community. We are proud of our industry’s top achievers and celebrate their success.”
Glenn was recognized during the 2026 ACCE Annual Convention in New Orleans on Tuesday, July 21. ACCE presents the award annually in memory of Dana Ketterling, ACCE’s former resource development officer, who was a gifted membership professional and champion of chambers of commerce and the communities they serve.
